Crossroads Service Unit 

Event Planning
An “Event” is any activity open to more than two troops,
requires pre-registration or involves a budget over $100.
 

To host an Event, someone in your Troop must attend Event Training
given by our Service Unit
or take on-line Event Director Training, links below.


For an activity involving less than $100, submit a
Financial Report for Events
to the Crossroads treasurer, Tina Mancebo, within 3 weeks after the event. 
No other parts of the Event Packet are necessary.

Event flyers are distributed in hard copy at Leader meetings
and posted on the Event Flyer Web Site the following day.
