Crossroads Service Unit 

Event Planning

An “Event” is any activity open to more than two troops,
requires pre-registration or involves a budget over $100.
 
To host an Event, someone in your Troop must attend Event Training
given by our Service Unit
or take on-line Event Director Training.


For an activity involving less than $100, submit a
Financial Report for Events
to the Crossroads treasurer, Geri Cooney, within 3 weeks after the event. 
No other parts of the Event Packet are necessary.
